Join a small group (max 6 people) for a guided 1 hour sauna ritual on the last Sunday every month. Move through 3 rounds of heat and cold cycles with essential oils steam throughout designed to leave you grounded and refreshed.

Begin with aromatic steam to awaken the senses and set the tone.
Round 2 - Silent Guided Meditation
A quiet space for breath and reflection.
Round 3 - Social Round
A social close in shared presence.
