Private Sauna Sessions: The base price covers up to 4 people. You can add up to 2 extra guests at checkout for $25 each.

Social Guided Sauna: Max 6 people.

A: To make the experience enjoyable for everyone, we ask guests to follow a few simple guidelines:

• Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

• Wear swimwear in the sauna and cold plunge.

• Sit on a towel (we provide these) for hygiene and comfort.

• Keep hydrated — bring a water bottle, and we’ll provide herbal tea and spring water.

• Avoid strong perfumes, oils, or lotions before your session.

• Respect the space — some people prefer quiet reflection, others enjoy light conversation.

• Listen to your body — take breaks, cool down, or skip the plunge if needed.

Yes, but under-18s must attend with a responsible adult. Please use discretion about comfort with hot/cold exposure.

Bring swimwear, a water bottle, a towel and suitable footwear. Spring water is provided.

Yes — free reschedules up to 48 hours before your session. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend.
