Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings & Payment All bookings are made via our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Gift vouchers may be redeemed at checkout if you hold a valid code. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking will be refunded in full or can be transferred to another date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. If you do not attend your booking (“no-show”), the session is non-refundable. 3. Arrival & Session Times Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and start on time. Sessions must finish promptly at the booked time so the sauna can be prepared for the next guest. Late arrivals cannot be extended and may shorten your session. 4. Health & Safety Sauna and cold-plunge use may not be suitable for everyone. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, pregnancy, recent injury) when booking. You are responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing during your session. If you feel unwell, exit the sauna immediately. Alcohol and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited before and during your session. 5. Use of Facilities Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring swimwear and a towel (towel hire available if required). Respect the quiet, restorative environment — no loud music or disruptive behaviour. Personal belongings are your responsibility; Elements Wellness is not liable for lost or stolen items. There is no public toilet facilities on site the nearest is on the waterfront. 6. Liability By booking, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Elements Wellness, its owners, and facilitators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your time on the property. 7. Agreement By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy, including our Disclaimer & Waiver.
