Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga as exercise popularised by K. Pattabhi Jois during the twentieth century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga.

Hatha Yoga
Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga which uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel the vital force or energy.

Yin Yoga
The practice of yin allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension.

Each week alternates between Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, creating balance between movement and stillness. One week we’ll build warmth, strength, mobility, and flow through energising practices, and the next we’ll slow down with longer-held shapes designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and encourage deep rest.
Winter invites us to soften, slow down, and reconnect. This series is designed to help you stay moving through the colder months while creating space to pause, breathe, and recharge.
