Ashtanga Vinyasa

Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga as exercise popularised by K. Pattabhi Jois during the twentieth century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga.

Hatha Yoga

Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga which uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel the vital force or energy.

Yin Yoga

The practice of yin allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension.

Extended Summer Yoga Series

 2 Weeks Only Wednesday 3rd and 10th December

Flow gently into summer with two special classes to close out the season.

A grounding mix of yin and vinyasa, these sessions are designed to balance energy, ease the body, and leave you feeling calm and clear heading into the warmer months.
Held over two weeks following our current course

Open to current students and anyone wanting to join for a mindful finish to the season.

  • Investment:  2 classes — $40 total ($30 casual drop-in, if space available)

Perfect for individuals, couples, or small groups. Includes personalised guidance, props, and hands-on adjustments.

Investment: Starting from $250 per session for 4 people including travel. (Option to add on extra people for $25 per person)
