Elements Wellness is about slowing down and finding ease through heat, cold, movement, and breath all in connection with nature.

Here in French Farm, we are based inside an extinct volcano, surrounded by water and mountains, just 20 minutes from Akaroa and 60 minutes from Christchurch.
