Ashtanga Vinyasa
Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga as exercise popularised by K. Pattabhi Jois during the twentieth century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga.
Hatha
Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga which uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel the vital force or energy.
Yin Yoga
The practice of yin allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension.
Current Group Course
The Deep Reset - 8 Week of Yin
Starting Wednesday 1st February, 2023 - Wednesday 22nd March, 2023 at the Akaroa Golf Club
My main intention for this 8 week course is to relax and stretch. Classes are 100% beginner friendly and are honestly going to be extremely calming on the nervous system so if you are looking for the ultimate chill pill over the next 8 weeks, comment or DM to reserve yourself a spot.
